I try and avoid negative reviews as I like to find the positive in everything but today...

I have no words to describe the personality and service of the two men who are tasked to cook your food. There is no customer service so you don't know if they will help you or not. Have zero expectations of anything if you choose to order food from these guys.

If you want from the buffet buckets, you have to get their attention, make eye contact, and verbalize exactly what you want. Otherwise you will be met with grunts to minimal words and you will be confused.

If you don't want from the buffet buckets, you need to order from the little computers tucked away at the bread station against the wall.

Note on 4/30 @ 0800 hrs the food from the hot case was cold. Consumer, beware.

Good luck. Maybe they are just having a bad day today.

This hospital cafeteria is wild. Are the employees here being held against their will because they are absolutely rude and miserable. This is my second time here unfortunately. I was hoping it was a one off when i came last month, but nope. The cooks literally ignore you when you ask them a direct question. and the manager? Some dude with curly hair who is bizarrely condescending and rude. Also, the food is gross. The overnight oats nutritional info is laughably wrong (good thing i am not a diabetic and have to count my carbs) and the turkey links were ice cold and looked like they were shedding their skin like a snake. Kaiser should be ashamed of themselves.
Its pretty obvious the good reviews are fake.

Burgers are priced $8~.
A pizza was priced $6.
Sandwiches are $6~
Fries $2~
Chicken Tenders $5~
I bought the pizza, and I got a slice that was smaller than my hand.

This is the cafeteria for Kaiser. First time there so we didn't know how to order at the grill, but the people (employees) waiting for their food explained what to do (they were SO nice!). Although there was a good selection of food offered, 3 stars for the grilled food cuz both orders were wrong and the fries were cold. The Angus hamburger was decent (would have been better if the chipotle mayo was on it as ordered). The cafe staff were all friendly. Plenty of room to sit down. I'd try it again, but get something different.

Avocado toast is delicious, most of the staff is very courteous and professional. You have 1 or 2 have staff members that don’t understand that some people do not know how to use the screen to order and they were not very considerate of that fact nor did the try to help them. I don’t like the screen to order from because it doesn’t let you say how you want certain items

Vegetarian options: Avocado toast

Lots of places to site alone or together. Sushi bar, prepared food grill, made to order grill, mini Starbucks, all kinds of drinks, salad bar, fruit bar, breads, pre-made salad and sandwiches, pastries. Pretty much lots of options. Good prices. Definitely recommend made to order grill. Been here enough to know. I took a star off because their made to order grill closes almost over an hour before actual closing time. I even asked when their grill closes and they mentioned the closing hour, yet EVERY time it closed one hour before. I understand that closing down early is probably needed but perhaps put a sign or have staff answer correctly would be helpful :)

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options all around

Parking: If visiting at hospital there is parking but may have to be paid.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its a hospital so wheelchair access is a must

Dietary restrictions: Have to ask to make sure.

The hospital really should lie about their lunch hours people need to eat !
