Terrible service and very despotic and rude employees treat Ali's customers very badly and apart from that the chickens are given to you raw and you ask to speak to the manager and they answer you with a bad attitude

Amazing rotisserie chicken. The baked potato's are amazing. Right amount of spice with other veggies are just the best. All the sides are awesome.

I ordered 3 pollos meal, and they forgot to gave me the chicken. When I called them, they claimed I FORGOT the pollos. Can you believe their audacity??? No customer service whatsoever!!! Check your take out TWICE, you CAN'T rely on them!!!!

I love this place as it’s a local spot to come to and the food is always super good. However the service from the woman in the afternoon was its glasses is cold/rude. Seems like she hates her job or the customers. Really love the other two women during the day as they’re very nice and greet you kindly.
