They seem to take everyone's application and make their decision on who they are going to hire before we come into interview. So, it would be great not to waste anyone's time although it was a delicious time wasted. When I came we were pretty much put in to make ice cream so they can "test" how we would do working for them. I applied to be a server .....I guess thats what they do. The guy hiring was too focused on the Disney princess actress who was there. He mentioned it numerous times and complimented the other young woman because she had experience working with some of the stuff we were using. This man barely paid any attention to me, which let me know I was not gonna be hired. I did try to remind the guy I was there and the other employee stated not to worry too much because he's watching me. The thing is that guy was not the one interviewing so It didn't matter if he's watching me or not. I wanted a proper interview where he got to know me Andy motivation for joining etc. I didn't get that. But who did the Disney princess. I wanted to stay longer but left because it wasn't worth it at that point. The ice cream is delicious though and it was my favorite flavor, so I give two stars.

Delicious and SO. MUCH. FUN. These guys were a great addition to our party. They not only brought a yummy, show-stopping dessert, but they got out on the dance floor with us, bringing the liquid nitrogen tank out and creating a super fun fog affect at the end of the night.These guys were terrific to work with. Everyone loved the ice cream, and the energy and joy they brought really elevated our event.

Upon finding Supercool I knew this would be both a delicious option for dessert as well as a fun experience for guests. They did not disappoint! The preparation of the ice cream and the fun performances that went along with it were a hit for guests of all ages. Many of our guests went back for second and third servings. The flavors options we chose were all delicious! Our two servers had incredible customer service and were so engaged with our guests. Best icecream in LA! The smoothest bite you've ever had. The staff is always extremely friendly and put on an amazing show for each and every customer. We've been here a dozen times and brought friends and family from out of town. Everyone has loved SuperCool. Just try it. You wont regret it!
