DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on their signature hand roll! I saw their reel on Instagram showcasing this hand roll with uni, chopped toro, scallop and truffle. This is what I got in reality - uni, truffle and scallop was decent; but the amount of toro was almost pathetic, let alone the suspicious brown color. Looks like they used the “toro” that cannot be served in other dishes and just chopped it up and jam it in there. Also they forgot about this hand roll for a solid 15min...

The short answer is that the sushi was great. Come here if you are interested in multiple variations of Toro, fish sourced from Japan, and a very creative searing program. Beyond that, I found myself really enjoying the atmosphere. The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic from the lighting to the wood to the plates to their focus on presenting the food in the best way possible. This really was a feast for the eyes. Heartily recommended.

As soon as you come in, you’re giving a big welcome, everybody that works there is so attentive and really nice. Japanese kosher just does service much better, and you feel that here in the restaurant. The ambience and design of the restaurant is stunning Japanese design.
The sushi here is elevated, each roll has a combination of many subtle flavors. My favorite is the lemon roll & Unagi.
