A new cute little gem in the neighborhood! I ordered takeout through the yelp app. I got a dragon roll, California roll and kinpira gobo. When I stopped in, I was immediately greeted, tended to and even received a thank you from the chef for coming by. Got home and the food was packaged nicely, with plenty of sauces, ginger (my favorite) and utensils. I can tell the quality of the food is great as everything tasted super fresh and delicious. This location used to be a boba shop before. I'm looking forward to stopping by and trying more items, especially their matcha. Overall a lovely first impression and seems to be mom and pop owned - I always try to support small business.

Overall, this place is quite charming... The owners are this lovely Japanese couple. And the interior decoration is quite unique, definitely not typical for a Japanese restaurant. The food that we had was good, the rules were tasty... But the overall feeling here is for the size of the rolls. It is a bit pricey. Frankly, the California roll should have been about $7.99. Actually the best thing on the menu was the spam musubi.

Food is amazing, owners are amazing, vibes are amazing. 10/10, I love coming here. The matcha is insanely good and they have so many different ones to try. The service is awesome, the last time I went in, the owners gave me and my friend a free matcha each to try. The chef's specials are amazing deals and great for students like myself. I'm genuinely so obsessed with this place. The sushi is also amazing!

I've passed by this spot a few times and I was nearby today so decided to grab a couple rolls and an iced matcha. So glad I did bc everything was so so good and the matcha was also delicious!! I will definitely be coming back here to try more rolls and drinks!
Had a feeling about this place when we walked in and was right. Easily some of the best sushi I have ever had. Also, amazing service. To top it off, my wife forgot her phone there and the owner promptly shipped it to us in Santa Barbara.

This is by far the freshest fish in the area. Small unassuming hole in the wall run by the sweetest couple. Ingredient quality is fantastic. Sushi chef actually takes his time to select the best block for every piece served. Great attention to detail and service. Their drinks are also so so good! Can't recommend this shop enough. O-toro and negi-toro are melt in your mouth perfection. They make you feel like family here and I hope more and more people get to experience this gem.
