I don’t even think the manager knows how rude the staff is because they hide the manager’s information when you ask the employee that’s being rude to you for their name they don’t give it to you and they also don’t give you the manager‘s information to let the manager know how this place is being operated. This is the most disrespectful aggressive staff I have ever encountered in my life. I will refuse to give any money to a business that is being allowed to treat customers like this. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS!

Been coming to sushi stop for years and they never disappoint! Best sushi prices in all of LA hands down. I like all of their locations, but the Los feliz/hollywood one holds a special place in my heart. Always friendly service, especially from Alex - he is the MAN!
