Been going here regularly because the food is great and well priced.
Unfortunately it's just not great service. After you've ordered, it's hard to get your water refilled, or order more; you seem to get abandoned.
I tried doing an online pick up, but that was worse. I arrived a few minutes before the pick up time listed on the email (the order was made 30 minutes before that) and still waited another 40 minutes for the food....

Good food, good service with tap water served as soon as you enter the restaurant. Good portions and good price. Really nice for a healthier option in Los Angeles.

We had to ask specifically for a replacement with a similar item, then push more to receive enough items to equal the cost of the item.
