Sushi Tama offers an exceptional dining experience. The omakase menu features well-thought-out courses that are both delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is lovely, with a calm and welcoming ambiance, and a simple esthetic. The chef's talents are undeniable, and the service is thoughtful, attentive, and excellent. Sushi Tama serves up great sushi, some of the best ever had, with fresh and silky tasting sushi. Unique options are available, including a "choose a sake glass" selection. The authentic Japanese toilet is an added touch. The decor is sleek and minimalist, made up of lots of wood and natural tones. Some outdoor dining is available as well as indoor with tables and a sushi counter. The price point definitely matched the quality. For those who love simple yet yummy sushi, Tama was absolutely delicious, with negri, toro, and uni being highly recommended. The Aburi Toro was great, and a custom nigiri plate was created with fresh pieces that melted in the mouth. There are gluten free options and others.
