SushiStop Downtown LA

we placed an order with DoorDash at 7:30 for miso soup, avocado rolls, edamame Goza and some other sushi. It didn’t come until 9:15 PM. The soup was cold. The Gozo was cold. There was a hair in my avocado roll. No accountability is taken from this restaurant since it’s a delivery only address and I even tried to call one of the other locations and you can’t reach them by phone. Why does nobody at sushi stop care about their reputation we thought the Coco robot was going to deliver to us something went wrong on the app and it took forever and then a person delivered it and the only thing they can do is give you a minimal credit, but I’m just not sure how to give this feedback to them because this is pretty awful. I hope that I don’t get food poisoning because of this two hour window of delivery that’s unacceptable. I’m starving and I have a headache and I’ve started to make other food while waiting for this delivery. The hardest part is I used to eat at the sushi stop in Hollywood frequently and I would love to order their food. If the delivery time didn’t take two hours and there was not hair in my food and the delivery was able to bring me hot soup and hot meals

Food taste bland

I’ve only ordered in from here, but this place is super valid for being a chain. GET THE SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE!!!

I ordered food on Uber Eats and they send the incomplete orders, I'm not the first one that happens to it and it seems to be something they do often. I weigh what they do.

If you want to have a case of food poisoning, eat here. Terrible quality and portion sizes to begin with. My wife and I felt bloated right after we ordered this on Uber Eats and shortly after I threw up. I’ve notified the county and also noticed other reviews complaining of food poisoning. This place needs to shut down

This is my favorite sushi place - you just can’t beat the price and the taste is consistently perfect. Whether I order for pick up or through UberEATS - the taste is always on point. I also like that I can get special rolls and unique flavors that I would otherwise not order because sushi is expensive. Also - on Uber they almost always have a 2 for 1 deal which just makes it that much sweeter.

Ordered Uber eats and the whole order was terrible. They obviously don’t know how to pack food for delivery. Spicy tuna roll was nasty, crispy rice was inedible because it got tossed around in the bag and the jalapeño tempura was just gross. Never ordering from them again

Add an option for sides of sauce, the kitchen gives the front counter people a hard time. If I'm willing to pay it shouldn't be a problem!

Took an hour to make a simple 4 items order. Not worth it. Doesn’t not pick up the phone either. Worst experience ever.
