I have purchased a few of your products and they all seem to be extremely dry and chalky. In fact they are so dry that I have to chase them a tea or milk! You might want to modify the recipe and test it. I would not recommend your pastries.

So thankful to be able to try some authentic desserts from the middle east. Freshly baked and delivered to San Jose , my client brought some in for me to try the perouk. He got the apricot one, and holy, it is so good. I have to make a trip down to LA to bring some home! The sweetness of the apricot and the lacing of the top of the perouk went well together. Not to flakey, not too hard. Also, not too sweet! Goes great with coffee or tea as well! It was a bit hard to find this place on the internet, but thankfully the dessert had a sticker on it and I was able to locate this!
