I don’t like making posts like this but I had to share my experience. I ordered this for lunch one day and I got the vegan mushroom bowl. I thought the mushrooms tasted a little funny so I picked them off. I was a little disappointed with the size of the bowl for the price but I really wanted to try it. An hour later I was so sick that I had to leave work early and take the next day off. Do not eat here.

Ordered a bowl around 8pm, which I understand is late for poke, but I thought it would be fine because they close at midnight, the ahi tuna was fine, but the albacore was completely spoiled and slimy. It was really disgusting and I had to throw away a really expensive meal. Horrible experience and it led to me having a horrible stomach ache.

Dear Sweetfin Customer Support,

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. Unfortunately, the poke bowl I received was of extremely poor quality. The rice was hard, almost like a rock, clearly due to the time it had been sitting. Additionally, the pineapple was blackened and spoiled, making it inedible.

This experience was far from the quality I expected, and I am genuinely disappointed. I kindly request that you address this issue, as it severely impacted my meal.

I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

I hope owner is going to read it. I'm Pharmaceutical Rep in Beverly Hills - West Hollywood Area. My orders for my medical offices clients range between$300 to $1500 per lunch daily. My lunch yesterday was canceled by my client 2 hours prior to scheduled order delivery time bc medical office in Beverly Hills got shut down by Fire Department. I've contacted Foodja right away to cancel the order. However, Foodja customer service has notified me that Sweetfin still charges my corporate credit card for the full amount of $555.00 since the order is ready to go. It's hard to believe that the food was ready since at 10am the venue was closed. If assuming, the order was prepared, the restaurant still used it for other customer, meaning gaining double sales revenue for the same food. I consider charging my credit card for the oder that never been delivered for the full amount based on circumstances of the cancellation is completely wrong and unfair.
Per my negative experience with Sweetfin, I will avoid ordering from them and I will share this with all my peers. Also, I'd like to warn other Pharmaceutical and Medical Reps Reps not to use this venue.

Hi, I have celiac disease and so I was thrilled when I found this spot on the FindMeGF app which is used heavily by celiacs and other gluten intolerant people.

I unfortunately had a reaction right after I finished my bowl. It tastes good but there’s something in the ingredients here that is definitely not gluten free.

The staff at the counter was very nice but I think the owner needs to look into the details of the ingredients before they continue to make claims this is 100% gluten free on the menu.

I’m happy to update my review and try again if the owner confirms they’ve double checked all the ingredients like soy sauces, seasonings, etc and made adjustments.

I know exactly what a gluten reaction feels like and I don’t feel well after eating here due to my immune disorder.

Update: I’ve also added this same review on yelp for the owner to give a chance to respond! Thank you!
