Sweetfin Poke Culver City

I usually order from this location for pick up (9 Times now), food is great but one of the employees here have the worst possible attitude. He seems to be a younger kid maybe in high school. Needs to work on his communication skills, one of the rudest employees I've dealt with as a customer. Won't greet me when I walk in or even when handing me my order. Just a stank face. I'd understand if I was being rude, but I didnt even say a word and he just looks at me as if hes not supposed to at least greet a customer let alone anyone coming into the store. He seems to just be there to mop and nothing else cause thats the only other work I've ever seen him doing. Don't work if you're going to be a miserable person towards everyone around you. The rest of the staff is great and friendly but this kid is polar opposite

1st time take out here, so impressed with service but more importantly the excellent yellow fin Poke bowl was scrumptious. Will be back.

We had such a great experience at this small poke spot. I was sitting outside while my husband and my friend went in to order food. When they came back out, the first thing they said was, “You need to write a review for the guy who took our order.” His name was Will, and they couldn’t stop talking about how polite, patient, and kind he was. My husband rarely compliments anyone, so that alone says a lot. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the customer service made the experience even better. Will truly made an impression. Highly recommend this place—not just for the food, but for the great service too.

Fast and easy ordering. Manager is super friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of. This is by far the best Sweetfin I’ve been to. Small but mighty.

My favorite poke in LA. They have gotten pricier over the years, but they have expanded their selection, and the flavor is always hitting

Sweetfin never disappoints! The poke bowls are so good and it’s one of my favorite places to eat! This location is the best because of all the seating outside and the kindest staff ever! The best poke bowls in LA.

The tall gentleman that took my order deserves 5 stars. Been here before & it was good.
Today the lady that made my bowl put 0 effort in getting it right. That’s the bowl. Nothing but kale. I got only 1/3rd of the toppings I ordered. 5 pieces of salmon that didn’t taste fresh. I only ordered salmon. Not sure where & why the tofu showed up, never ordered it. Also didn’t order the seaweed. So, Kale & tofu for 22$ !!!!
Just a bunch of nonsense to not even fill the bowl.
What a rip off.
Totally not worth it.
Since it’s a hit & miss depending on who makes your bowl.
It’s a NEVER AGAIN for me.

Shoutout to the gentleman working on October 29 at 8pm for going above and beyond in customer service! He made delicious bowls and was very helpful in suggesting good combinations. My boyfriend and I highly enjoyed our customizable bowls and love how we can be healthy even when grabbing a quick meal. There’s a couple of tables outside for dining and a large lawn to hang out. Free garage parking is available. There is a restroom available and the employees can provide the code. Credit cards accepted.

I had a great experience from the time I placed the order online to the scheduled pick up. The food was ready and packed right on time at 11.00-11.15am.
Mak was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. This is my first experience at Sweetfin Culver City, and I’m already looking forward for my next poke bowl.

I ordered 2 bowls for my boss’s meeting and could not resist staring at the Salmon bowl poster, so I ordered that as well. The hibiscus drink was a hit, but what I enjoyed the most was the freshness and portion served. Thank you Sweetfin for coming to our neighborhood!

Super easy to order online and pick up. Staff was very helpful about the ingredients of the sauces.
