Unfortunately, we ordered three plates of food, and none of them were edible. We had the honey BBQ and ranch steak, which was raw, gray, and excessively greasy. The other two dishes were salmon tacos; the salmon was overcooked, and the taco chips were just crumbs from the bottom of the bag. The employees didn’t even bother to cut the avocado.

We picked up our order on time, but it was ice cold. This entire experience has been a waste of money, and I must insist on a refund. As an update on my order review, both my colleague and I experienced a severe stomach ache, and one of us ended up in the hospital. I feel terrible about her situation and embarrassed for suggesting that restaurant.

Every time I pick up order placed online something is wrong. Either dressings are missing or dishes. Double check everything before picking up

I went in to grab a quick bite and they were out of two of the key ingredients in their featured seasonal bowl. They made me wait 15 minutes for Brussels sprouts. When I finally received my bowl, it was missing ingredients that were supposed to be in the bowl… The workers there often discount or give away free bowls to my colleagues, and they most definitely should have at least given me a discount for missing so many ingredients!

Very disappointing. Very little green in my food. Mostly beige and brown.

My order is consistently messed up. I start to expect it at this point and it’s literally just to sunset location that does this which sucks bc it’s the one closest to me

Doordash prices are ridiculous. At least it should be a bit less when picking it up

This place is way overpriced for the amount of food you get. $18 for a basic steak bowl without avocado is insane. The taste and quality are pretty good, but not worth the price.

I was just with my girlfriend in this Sweet Greens store. 21. June.24 at 2 p.m. We were served by a lady, she was wearing a black capi and glasses, a little more on her hips. From the beginning she drew a face, the basic mood was already clear. Anyway, we were just hungry. We continued with the order and just as she asks what we want in it slowly made me angry, I still continued to behave calmly. When she then put the sauce on it and asked me if it was enough and I said "yes", she just put twice as much on it, I say while she continues three times "It's enough". Then she says Sorry and Relax. So in the end it was presented as if it was my fault :D I spoke to her about why she gave me such an uncomfortable feeling, from the beginning. Her answer was "The door is back there." Good job! Maybe you should work a little on your character.

Look, sometimes I crave a salad with a dozen different ingredients and sweetgreen is a convenient way to satisfy that craving. It makes more sense to buy a somewhat overpriced salad here from time to time than to go to the store, pick out all the ingredients, make wild rice, roast sweet potatoes, buy/make a dressing, cook broccoli, etc. just to have a salad.

With all that said, I'm still a little disappointed at the quality of food compared to the price.

◻️ This last salad I received had what was probably the world's driest tofu. It was practically hollowed out and super foamy in texture.

It's always a risk going for the mixed greens, which is my favorite base. Plan to spend several minutes sifting through to remove any nasty, slimy, or yellowing bits.

? My boyfriend also complained that he selected herbed quinoa as one of his two base items and received around a heaping spoonful of unseasoned quinoa in his salad. Not much of a base.

? I don't know why but I always seem to be missing at least one of the salad dressings I order, which is arguably (it is) the most important part.

Will I continue to order from sweetgreen when that craving hits? Possibly.
Will I regret it and wish I'd found a Mendocino Farms instead? Probably.

Follow my adventures!

I ordered from this location several times because it is walking distance from me. Everytime I ordered pick up, I had to wait at least 15 minutes at the location after receiving the 'your order is ready' email because they never had started preparing my order. They have never apologized or acknowledged their fault in any of the occasions this has happened.

Racially Based Portion Sizes:
I have been going to this location for almost a year now and I am not going to mince words about what I have observed:

The Hispanic women working the line hookup Hispanic customers, giving them 2-3x more portions, and the way they "pay" for this is to cheat the next customer in line giving them 1/2 portions.
It's not just me, I have observed them cheating over Asian and black customers too, (just anyone non-Hispanic.)

The last straw for me was when I was there on Saturday I watched the Hispanic worker giving a Hispanic customer the most outrageous bowl I have ever seen at Sweetgreen. I mean, the bowls aren't even this big in the commercials, it was towering six inches above the brim. And NO she did not pay for extra portions.
Then I see the same worker totally rip off this gym-bro who ordered a double-protein bowl. His bowl was so chincy, it appeared empty. And to top it off he had a Sweetgreen pass, meaning he's a loyal customer!
I won't go into all the times I have had this happen, or stood back in line hoping a different worker would serve us.

To be clear, the men at this location give you a fair portion regardless of race, Black, White, Hispanic etc.

I know the manager is going to reply saying they would never do this and they strive for quality, blah, blah, blah. But I know the real truth, and I'm just letting everyone else know.

So if this doesn't bother you, come to the location, and if you happen to be Hispanic, also come to this location for lots of free food.

Often out of proteins if it’s close to closing time. Often closes early, unannounced. Has been out of other ingredients several times at various times in the day.

Food is pretty good, healthy and tasty. Only complaint is the paper based packaging which falls apart after 20-30 mins if the food has liquid/wet ingredients
