I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Employees cleaning up an hour before closing. Got told they were out of protein after waiting 5 minutes for someone to come from back of house. This location is only good during the day. Avoid.

They never start making online order until you show up. What’s the point of ordering through the app if they will make you wait anyway? Look for other locations this one is terrible

So sad, I used to love this place…. This is what has happened on my last three consecutive visits over the last month:
1. Three weeks ago they were out of half of the items that I wanted on my salad and they refused to substitute with anything of a higher grade….. They had no mushrooms, they had no tofu, And sadly out of broccoli
2. Two weeks ago, I went there and almost identical, out of mushrooms, out of chicken and out of tofu
3. I just left there today , at 7:15pm, Finally, they have everything in stock, but After I paid my bill, they told me they had no forks. Reluctantly the young man offered me a piece of bread, which was meant to be included anyway…the bread was so stale it only worsened the fact that they had no forks.

I truly used to love this place , Westwood and Brentwood locations. I’m only taking the time to write such a long review in the hopes that somebody will read it and correct all these operational and quality errors

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

This has to be the worst food ever! My first visit, I was given old steak. The guy at the counter made sure I was given another fresh serving, although the food still was still terrible. The last time was yesterday. Omg! Dry chicken, quinoa, and potatoes. The prices are extremely too expensive to be serving garbage! The restrooms are filthy also!

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
