This is at Brentwood location: Poor quality food, had a steak bowl and the steak was so hard, fatty and chewy that I couldn’t swallow more than a few bites. Gave feedback in person when asked but didn’t get the feeling it was well received and the inquiry was likely symbolic at best. You can do better Sweet Green, this meal was uneatable.

Ladies and gentlemen, gather round—because I present to you… the genius of the century! 👏
This is a person who has somehow mastered the fine art of abusing, discriminating, and talking down to delivery drivers. Delivery drivers! The people who, let’s be honest, deserve a gold medal just for surviving traffic with your lunch still hot.

Now, let me be clear: I have zero respect—none, zilch—for companies that allow this kind of behavior. Delivery drivers work hard, they get paid pennies, and the very least—the very least—we can give them respect.

So picture this: I’m standing in line, just trying to order a salad. 🥗 A salad. Simple. Healthy. Nothing dramatic. Then in walks this delivery guy—polite, humble, holding his phone with the order pulled up. He goes to the counter like, “Hey, I’m here to pick up an order.”
And what does the staff member do? Does he smile? Say hello? Offer help?
No. Nope. Not even close. ( Look at the counter check the orders if it's there pick it up and live ) in a downgrading impolite rude manner.
He leans on the counter like he’s auditioning for a sleeping contest—chatting away like he’s hosting a talk show no one asked for.
The delivery guy tries again, politely, “I don’t see the name here—can you check please?”
And the staff member—oh, this genius—snaps back: “You’re going to have to wait. You’ll get it when it’s ready or live, cancel it.”
In a tone so rude I thought maybe I had accidentally walked into a boot camp run by Satan himself.

The driver, bless him, says: “Why are you being so rude? I don’t even know you, I’m just here to pick up an order.”
And the staff guy says ? I’m canceling the order live. He cancels the order. Cancels it! Just because he felt like being nasty.

The poor delivery driver even offers, “I’ll wait outside.” Can you please bring me the order I will wait outside.
And what does he get in return? Silence. Nothing. Just ignored like he’s invisible.

So now this man—who’s probably making less than minimum wage after gas, parking, waiting, and dealing with genius staff member of the year—has wasted time, energy, and dignity. All because someone couldn’t say three simple words: “Let me check.”

Here’s the math, folks: long drive + long wait + low pay + disrespect = a job that barely pays for lunch. And yet, these drivers show up, day after day.

So let’s get one thing straight: respect delivery drivers. Be kind. They deserve it.
And as for Sweetgreen, Delivery drivers are you business your bread and butter what am i missing here —if this is the behavior you allow from your staff? If this is your standard of hospitality? Then, I’ll be taking my kale salad elsewhere. 🥬.

Delicious, clean food. Organic or responsibly sourced. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No MSG. I’ll eat here again.

Me and my partner both had upset stomachs after eating here. The service was also bad, there was no one behind us yet they kept rushing us a lot.

Food:
Most ingredients are organic and the options usually taste great. Nice quick healthy meal option.

The Carne aside steak is not as good as what the billboards make it look like tho. Looks and tastes nothing like what the billboards represent.

This is the second time I've ordered takeout and evacuated my bowels immediately after taking two three bites. They need to get it together at this location. It's dirty on the outside it's dirty on the inside and the french fries were stale AF. Blecch! Another 25$ wasted at this toxic dump.

Go here for the most impersonal service possible. I'm going through some health issues right now and was asking a question about whether a bit of chicken could prepared without salt. The person said no, stared me in the eyes unrelentingly with no hint of human empathy, and said nothing else. I'd never even been greeted. I was literally starving, but decided I would rather starve than be served by such a careless person.

This place isn't for the health conscious, they're just churning out salads billed as healthy and hoping you go away after you eat. To be honest, the person at the counter probably wishes you never came at all.

I waited for my order for 40 minutes this is the most disgusting service in my life that I have met I advise to learn all the staff to communicate with customers especially to learn to communicate with customers managers. The shift was working on Nov. 30. The situation occurred at 4:40 pm.

The salad options are endless here. The ingredients are top notch. Their steak is grass fed and their chicken is organic. My favorite is the hot honey chicken bowl with sweet potatoes

They are not friendly or welcoming here, they seem to be bothered that people come to order food and are rude about it. They seem like they hate their job . Food is good but there's nothing good about their service here . Its awful.

Never had an issue with this SG location. Parking is hard because it’s right on San Vicente Blvd, and eating outside can be loud so I normally sit indoors. Either way pretty good experience the few times I have eaten here. Better than Westwood location so even if I’m already in Westwood I normally drive here to eat.

I paid $19 for a crispy rice salad and half the salad was arugula stems I had to pick out of my meal. Borderline inedible.
