Jarod, Jonathan, Braxton, and Bianca were absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked into Sweetgreen until the moment I left, I was treated like royalty. The team anticipated my needs, provided exceptional service, and made the entire experience effortless.
There was no wait, my order was prepared quickly and perfectly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything ran so smoothly—it honestly felt like being a guest in their home.
This is by far my favorite Sweetgreen location and the only one I come to regularly because the staff consistently goes above and beyond. They all deserve major recognition (and honestly, a $100/hour raise wouldn’t be too much!).
I thank them for making my day even brighter than it!!!!!

The best sweetgreen in LA handsdown. I have 3 or 4 closer to me, but I will always come here. Maria & Chico are the ONEs. Them and the team make great salads and vibes. THey remember my order, we have a chat, it's a sweet(green) time.

I’ve often chosen Sweetgreen even though its prices are higher than other options, but this experience has made me reconsider.
I likely left two rings in the restroom by accident (my fault), but how the situation was handled was very disappointing. I had traveled a bit to dine there and couldn’t return right away. About two hours after leaving, I tried to call the store but found there’s no direct line—only an automated system that directed me to fill out an online form. I did so, expecting a call or text follow-up.
Instead, I later discovered an email (sent the previous day) asking me for the same information I had already submitted. By the time I saw it, nearly 20 hours had passed. This outdated and inefficient process felt unhelpful and dismissive. And up to today—almost two days after losing my rings—I still haven’t received any direct response or help from an actual human being.
I take responsibility for forgetting my rings, but the lack of direct communication and the slow, repetitive response was frustrating. Basic customer support like this should be standard at a restaurant.

Every time I order postmates from here they mess up my order. First time, they gave me only quinoa in my Chicken Pesto Parm salad and the second time they gave me only spinach when ordering the same salad. Its so weird.
