I frequently come here during the workday, which at that point, I would rate it 5 stars. However, I’ve been stopping by lately at about 7 to pick up dinner, and have been very disappointed. They appear to be closing even though they advertise they’re open until 9. Every time I’ve come, they’ve been out of many ingredients and I’ve had to substitute multiple things each time. Perhaps they should consider closing sooner if they’re not intending to keep stock up even...
I love sweet green, and I’ve been to a few locations around LA, but my absolute favorite one is DTLA on 5th St. They have the nicest staff; they are friendly, quick, and always make my salad perfectly. My favorite though is Luis and Nat. Luis recommend what is now my favorite dish: the crispy rice!!! And Nat is always excited to see me. I feel so welcome when I’m there. Thank you, guys!
California Chicken Cafe doesn’t let you eat inside or anywhere near their spot, so I walked around and found this spot instead. Thanks CCC!It is weird that they didn’t let me order a protein by itself(a la carte) because they said you can only get them with a salad. Your only option is doubling your protein. Regardless, my kale Caesar salad with double salmon was phenomenal. I added a little blu cheese and fried onions to give it a little hit. Overall it was one of the best...
