I love sweet green, and I’ve been to a few locations around LA, but my absolute favorite one is DTLA on 5th St. They have the nicest staff; they are friendly, quick, and always make my salad perfectly. My favorite though is Luis and Nat. Luis recommend what is now my favorite dish: the crispy rice!!! And Nat is always excited to see me. I feel so welcome when I’m there. Thank you, guys!
California Chicken Cafe doesn’t let you eat inside or anywhere near their spot, so I walked around and found this spot instead. Thanks CCC!It is weird that they didn’t let me order a protein by itself(a la carte) because they said you can only get them with a salad. Your only option is doubling your protein. Regardless, my kale Caesar salad with double salmon was phenomenal. I added a little blu cheese and fried onions to give it a little hit. Overall it was one of the best...
(I'm posting this about 4 months after the fact but...) I went here in between biz meetings and Rich (I still remember his name -- THAT'S how awesome he is!) was working the line each time I went. He was super friendly and the salads were amazing. The rest of the staff was very attentive too and the place was clean. Loved it!
