Overall will not suggest this place unless you are one of the ‘cool’ guys with bad accents trying to act ‘ghetto’

I stopped coming here after 50+ visits. They are constantly out of protein (salmon, hot chicken), and they don’t even realize it until they are half way through making your bowl. Then you have to wait 15+ minutes, and it’s on you to check with them when it’s ready.
There is no customer support. You cannot call a store. You can text a bot who ‘might’ be able to let you text with some person after a lengthy wait. That person cannot even contact the restaurant for you! I’ve never, ever, gotten anything resolved this way.
The Salmon portions are quite small to begin with, but on the 1 in 10 times where you get a really small portion, they refuse to do anything about it.
No customer service, unapologetically small portions, and terribly run restaurants that constantly run out of food. I now go out of my way to visit Tender Greens.

Horrific staff attitude! The woman who was compiling salads was so rude, she was throwing salad bowls on the counter. The attitude appeared to be that she hated her job.
There was a seasonal salad item - no nutrition and ingredients information were available on the menu board. When staff including the manager were asked they all pretended that it was no there priority and were not willing to provide any information. I waited for 10-15 minutes until I ordered a salad from the posted menu. The whole attitude was so discouraging that it felt like asking questions was prohibited. Everyone (staff) had a chip in their shoulder. Would not come back to this particular place.

My online order was supposed to be ready 70 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. The manager refused to check on the order or even talk to me. There’s a pure chaos in the store.

As a doordash driver, I didn't find this restaurant hygienic. I came to take orders and the employee sent the drivers who came to pick up orders with swearing and bullying out the door. This was a behavior that did not suit the business. And I saw that they put the dinner plates on top of each other, even though there was food inside, and mear the dirt under the pan into the food. It is not hygienic to put the order slips in the food. It is not a good behavior to mistreat drivers by working very slowly and swaying. No one is forced to work. You can't crush drivers, you don't have the right.
Great food, friendly service. Parking is extremely limited especially during peak lunch hour so plan accordingly.

Had the ginger chicken salad. Lacked flavor and dressing was far from scrumptious. Cabbage/salad did not appear as fresh. Other food I witnessed others eating looked good. I did see a different salad and the greens looked fresh. The blueberry scone was very good. Staff were friendly and the space is pleasant with in and outdoor seating. Only saw street parking.
