I just ordered the shroomami via Postmates and they called and said they didn’t have mushrooms so I told them to cancel the order. They said the mushrooms were gonna be there in 20 minutes (it was 9 pm and store was closing). They didn’t cancel the order and instead gave me some old disgusting salad with barely any mushrooms in it and stale tofu. Have never left a bad review for a restaurant until now.

I love Sweetgreen and in particular this location. Everything is always so fresh and I respect from where they resource all their products. But, frankly what makes their 3rd Street location worthy of five stars is their incredible team. Everyone I encounter at this store is so incredibly nice and helpful. The old hippie in me would say “They put good vibes into your salad.” It’s because of this that I now eat at this store multiple times a week. A shout out to the manager Jacob, who has assembled a terrific group of employees. Whether it’s Erika, or Paula, or Christina preparing your meal, it’s always done with a smile and the willingness to customize based on your needs Thank you team Sweetgreen for providing me with great food.

The gave me uncooked wild rice today hard as rocks and the warm items were actually cold. La Brea is a much more trust worthy and focused location. If you have the choice La Brea > 3rd street everytime. Save yourself the trouble. 1/10/2024 2:30pm Idk what’s going on at 3rd street today, do not go there today… disservice to the sweet green brand.

This is one of the nicest Sweetgreens to enjoy a delicious presentation of food. Fernando, Anthony and "what's his name" are all so friendly and accommodating with super great service. I recommend this venue! A+

Always my go-to spot for a healthy salad. I love their seasonally fresh ingredients and endless options that you can customize to fit your tastes. My favorite salad is the guacamole greens. The fresh avocado, crunchy torillia chips on a bed of greens with lime, tomato, and red onion hits the spot everytime!

Ordered for pick up, the website was a bit difficult to use. Ordered Italian chopped salad quite good the amount of toppings to greens very evenly dispersed. All items very fresh. Dressings all on point and balanced flavor. Service was quick I would come back.

I purchased the new spicy cashew salmon plate at this location. I had a wonderful exchange with the initial person who made the salad. Unfortunately, the rice that in it was dried out because it was sitting out for a while. I nicely approached the counter and asked if it could be remade. The gentleman in the photo claimed to be the manager on duty and he proceeded to remake the salad. While making the salad, he had two separate conversations with two different people about what it gone wrong in the my food and chastised them. He stopped making the salad each time and made those conversations a priority over making my food. After the second conversation, I informed him that I needed to leave and asked him if he could make the salad so that I could go. He then stated, I'm taking to my teammate" and got an attitude. I asked him to make completing my food the priority. When he finished making the salad, he placed it on the counter and walked away. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional, especially seeing that I received an inferior product and I've been inconvenienced by the fact that they had to remake it. I frequent this location often and I have never seen anyone behave as unprofessional as he has. He need's to be trained on how to deal with customer issues in correct way. His behavior was worse than the stale rice in my food.

Everything is fresh, and nicely presented, there is something for everyone! There is a variety of proteins and veggies as well as many dressing options. Great option if you're looking for a healthy meal!
