I come here every week on my lunch break, and the staff is always so wonderful and personable. I know we are all human but Creshawn was remarkably rude. I had asked for a crispy rice bowl and I don’t have good eyesight, and thought they scooped quinoa. I kindly asked if that was the wild rice, to which they scoffed and pointed at the bowl and said “is that not rice?”, I was taken aback and just said “sorry I couldn’t tell”, they saw my shock I think so they laughed sarcastically and said “I mean, it looks like rice”. I shook it off as I assumed they were having a bad day, but the attitude only grew by the minute. They gave me the wrong protein, and I politely and gently said that I’d asked for salmon, they then said “ugh! See?”… implying it was my fault somehow? And slapped the bowl down and haphazardly began tossing food into a new one. They then kept looking up at me between tasks to give me rude looks and when I answered the questions down the food line they responded or looked at me like I was dumb. I was so baffled and confused. They then gave me bread after I said I don’t want it, and gave me the aioli sauce for the fries after I said ketchup. Its hard not to assume this was intentional. I went back in to get the correct sauce… it is okay to make mistakes, we are all human! It’s so silly to treat people this way, and I was disappointed it happened at a place I love and frequently go to and am friendly with the staff. I will keep coming back but this employee really needs to learn kindness and compassion.

Ordered through DoorDash “fish taco salad” and when it was delivered, there was no fish, and no quinoa base. Had to drive all the way there, and the manager’s attitude was not apologetic at all, and said she checked the order herself to make sure it was right.. does she think we took out the fish and also scooped out every single grain of quinoa just to drive back here to get our order right? If shes not lying and actually did check, and missed FISH- the main ingredient, then she needs to check better next time. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It really is my fault for thinking this wouldn’t happen more than once. Don’t bother ordering this for delivery. Jem the worker who helped us out at the store was kind and helpful. Cynthia the manager was very unhelpful and didn’t apologize once and implied that we took out the ingredients to drive back and get free food. Seriously, I’m beyond shocked.

Amazing bowls and bowl-like meals made from very fresh ingredients! I was blown away with how good everything tasted while also being healthy. The atmosphere was very nice and the staff was pleasant. The food is served on paper plates/bowls which is nice. The customer-only parking lot is available.

It’s fast, healthy food. As a vegetarian it was easy to choose from the pre-designed options or to substitute in tofu on anything. The staff were really helpful in describing the process and giving me suggestions. I got the shroomami salad and it’s good!! The mushrooms are delicious, tofu is tasty but a bit dry, and the wild rice is good. I asked for chickpeas, which they added on top. Apparently there’s a free piece of sourdough bread, too! The ambience is super chill and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking lot behind the building for customers

$15 for half a salad. Please fill my bowl up with lettuce!!! I always order my food for pick up, and they always do me like that and skimp me out. Your salads are great, but lettuce is the cheapest in the market. Hook it up.
My partner asked for dressing on the side and the girl at the counter poured dressing all over my salad. Then she proceeded to argue and get rude with my partner when she asked her politely to not put dressing on it. After going back and forth with my partner she left to the back to complain to a coworker before giving my partner our salads. Several hours after eating we both became violently ill. We will be reporting this incident to LADPH

My absolute favorite Sweetgreens! My family and I always look forward to days we eat Sweetgreen and we always come here, even with so many more locations closer to our house. Not only is the service amazing, but the portions are perfect! Other Sweetgreens we’ve gone to give so little that it’s not worth the price. I adore the staff and always am so excited to chat with them while getting served. I see that overall, sweetgreen locations struggle with getting orders right (personal experience with downtown locations) so I recommend, if you can, coming in person to get the best experience!
