Ok this place is an LA hotspot for tourists. The service is subpar. The staff are kind of rude and inattentive and always seem annoyed when asked for anything. The food is subpar, it's over priced over salted just like most tourist attractions. It's a dirty diner. The booths and tables are sticky and it just over feels like it needs a good power washing to remove the greasy grime I feel is on everything.

Nice place we went there because it was right next to our hotel when we were visiting our daughter. Had dinner the first night and the food was good and the service was very good. So we went back for breakfast and the food was good again and the service was ok. The only thing was is it is a little pricey so we didn't eat there more.

Love this place! I stop in for breakfast every time I'm in town. Food is delicious, staff is fun, food usually comes out quickly and they keep your coffee cup replenished. Great experience all around.

It was $22.12 for a fried plain egg sandwich, a few potatoes, and a cup of coffee to go.I'm probably out of touch but that seemed expensive. The egg was, however, very good, the potatoes delicious and the coffee was absolutely delicious! So, there ya go!

I love to go here the food the service and the vibe. I recommend one the best ahi sandwichs I have ever had, its seared just right and is made with a generous amount of ginger. I also like the turkey chili and the meatloaf.

Super nice waitress but the food was terrible. Got a burger and fries and neither were seasoned so it tasted like bland meat and potatoes. The scenery is cool and the location is iconic but yeah the food? Gross

It's really cool inside with the pink cow print walls and the old diner style. The staff was attentive and was nice, he checked in on us and we got our food quickly. The food was just as is, I ordered a patty melt with beef and the rye bread was pretty burnt and there wasn't enough cheese on it to really be a patty melt, but it was fine. My friend ordered a mac and cheese and a basket of fries and those were fine too the mac and cheese needed more seasoning but fries are solid and come with a lot. It's a good late night option or something quick to get before a show or a movie, it's just not the best food ever.

Shocked that I hadn't been to Swingers dinner before. It's easy and comforting - just what you'd expect from a diner. Unlimited coffee refills, eggs however you want them, and well seasoned breakfast potatoes and toast. Clearly it's got that LA flair though: organic eggs, vegan options like tofu chilaquiles and soyrizo, and gluten free pancakes/toast if you want and/or need it. And as a New Englander I'm never mad to see 100% pure maple syrup on the menu.

Loved the food. Vegan pancakes with bananas, almond chocolate milk, turkey hot sandwich with mash potatoes and cranberry sauce, steak and eggs with potatoes. Great to come here with vegan and no vegan preferences. Good food, atmosphere and service.
