Finally this Taco Bell is being ran like every other Taco Bell.The drive thru used to be horrible now the wait time is average and what you would expect. The night manger I can’t remember his name but he was professional and efficient. I’m sure you guys will see a big difference in returning customers! Go Taco Bell night shift you all are doing great! 🗣️❤️

Ordered my food and the salsas were missing (as always) and my drink that I paid extra to make it large was half empty???? Like what??? Plus I was calling them to make the complaint directly to them and WOW I called 4 times and all those 4 times they didn’t answer and sent me straight to voicemail. Awful.

Honestly, I only come to this TB late at night so I don’t expect much. I expect to come, order, pay, & leave. That’s it. The food is what it is, the service sucks but that’s what I get for always coming when this is the only spot that’s open.
Anyway, I’m going to list my problems chronologically starting with I ordered extra cheese on one of my items, didn’t get it. I asked for a set of items in a separate bag, all in one bag.
When they handed me my bag, they seemed to have set it on some sour cream so I held it up to my chest to look inside then set it down in my lap (I’m wearing a work uniform since I’m getting food before work) and when I place it on my car seat that’s when I notice that I’m covered in it. I’m thinking I’ll wipe up once I drive away with the napkins in the bag. Guess what, no napkins either. Can’t go back in the drive through since there are cars in line. Have to use a sweater to clean everything.
I drive home (3-4 minutes away) and as I’m eating, I’m noticing half my food is cold, Doritos shell is stale, almost as if half my food that I paid for was sitting around from a previous order.
I don’t even have time to go back and complain or get a refund. Tired of this.

A rubbish place, there are a lot of female employees in the kitchen area, all gossiping and joking, when the orders arrive, they take too long to deliver each order and I even had to go ask for my order, since they lose the orders, the dining room all dirty, the tables full of garbage and stinky homeless people sitting in the dining room.
