I wanted a tostada, but I couldn't find it on the self serve order kiosk. And I couldn't find the desert either. Ok but im giving 5 stars total because I love Taco Bell but that Kiosk needs easier navigation. More categories so we can find our choices

A long time Taco Bell fan I was excited to be on the way. When I found myself in the drive though I was so ready. I knew it was gonna eat ;) Shout out to HENRY!! He was absolutely the best in the dive though. He was an absolute vibe. And I can only say I’m satisfied :)
I have been to a lot of Taco Bell stores in my days, but the staff at this location has been truly the kindest and most helpful I have worked with!
And genuinely, best Crunchwrap I have had in the last 5 years 😀

The customer service is non-existent I've been waiting to for someone to take my order for 15 almost 20 minutes because the employees prioritize the drive through and the orders for pick up. I'm literally typing this negative review as a guy named Kevin is picking up his order, all I wanted was a fork and some extra sauce for my food.

Drive though window said they’re closed. There was a person at the next window. She’s said she didnt take our order because she was busy at the time and then we gotta go through the drive-through again because the cars behind us. Its not super hard to say wait a minute because im busy but guess she can’t handle a simple task ooops
