This has been my favorite location for decades …. But the service is definitely slipping. I just left the drive through, I live 5 minutes away. Not only is my food COLD, no sauce ( why ask what I want if you’re not going to provide it) no napkins and I’m missing a taco. If I wasn’t tired I would go back. . Please do better l!!

I buy a lot of fast food due to working multiple jobs so I have little time to cook. The cashier at the window was very insulting and insinuated that I am overweight due to me ordering from this location often. He even laughed about it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. And to top it off, my order was seemingly haphazardly thrown into the bag, resulting in my fries falling out of the container. I will no longer be spending my money at this location.

It's been a long time since iv been there food has improved.
I spent over 40 dollars today 01/25/2025 at around 6pm, I'm very dissapointed from this establishment located on Manchester Blvd. I asked for strawberry lemonades on two combos, they didn't give me the right one, and not only that but the beef chalupa included in the combo, the beef, lettuce and tomatoes were invisible, same with the taco and the brc burrito I paid for wete also invisible with ground beef. I understand that times are hard but please I advice you not to rip off your loyal customers, it's not fair. I will not buy from your restaurant any longer, you are a disgrace to the consumer. VERY ANGRY EX CUSTOMER. 🫤☹️
