This particular Taco Bell does not take orders from the counter, only from a kiosk. A number of people struggled with trying to place an order. I personally didn't have an issue, but I still would have preferred to give my order to a person. The manager was extremely unfriendly. The food was exactly what you expect from Taco Bell. Their tacos are my guilty pleasure.

Lately this location fills up their burritos halfway. A very sad feeling when you get your bag. And this is after two big price increases in the past year. 😒

This location needs better management! The African American chic with the fake braided ponytail needs an attitude adjustment and training for excellent customer service!! Her attitude is always stale and unwelcoming! The restroom always wreaks of old urine and it’s never clean behind the toilet. Staff should clean the restroom throughout the day but they do not. It’s on clean when you catch them in the morning when the open up otherwise it’s a whole hot disgusting mess all throughout the day.
Also, on too many occasions have i placed a mobile order and it isn’t being prepared in a timely fashion. What is the point of ordering ahead if they’re still not going to make it until you get there?? Seems like the drive thru orders are more of a priority than ordering in person or ordering ahead.

Took my son to the movies and afterwards he wanted Taco Bell. Great that it’s a movie theater in the same parking lot of the movie theater. He wanted to try the new chicken nuggets and the jalapeño honey mustard. He said they were GREAT!!!

The only thing I can say negative about Taco Bell is they don’t really take your order there anymore and you have to do it all by the computer thing that was a little strange the first time when I went on the one on seventh and Figueroa they actually serve alcohol that I’ve never been to a Taco Bell in my life that served alcohol so it was way coolon seventh and figure out, but I always like Taco Bell taco supreme is my favorite. The Gorditas are good. Everything’s good Taco Bell you can’t go wrong and Taco Bell.

Y son talked him into getting this mess...I'm on a strict diet...can't eat beef ..ordered chicken burrito and chicken taco combo and they gave me beef 🤢🤮and won't answer the phone and only refunded a portion of what we paid....
The food at this location has gone downhill. Its always bad, never any meat on the burritos, or nachos, cold stale fries...im just waiting for when they announce they are going out of business, because these workes are running it into the ground. Within thw last six months whenever I have gone there, its like a ghost town, nobody is there and now I can see why!
