The food at this location has gone downhill. Its always bad, never any meat on the burritos, or nachos, cold stale fries...im just waiting for when they announce they are going out of business, because these workes are running it into the ground. Within thw last six months whenever I have gone there, its like a ghost town, nobody is there and now I can see why!

When i use the drive thru, they get my order wrong quite a bit, but they fix it with USUALLY no problem.
One of the younger drive-thru workers look like he all he does is smoke weed whenever he gets a chance and he has his job. Wish I caught his name...
Vegetarian options: They DO make burritos without meat.

My son and I ordered our food, surprisingly it was hot and cheesy. Normally we don't eat taco bell, but this day we were out and about and grab something on our way home.

Patrons are now required to order their food on the kiosks. Unfortunately, there are only two. A problem when the place is crowded. It is time consuming, but seems they do not have enough workers to take your order.

The food was typical Taco Bell. The service was lousy and the staff was rude and uncaring. I went because my 2 year old grandson wanted a chicken taco, I order a 3 taco meal eith a drink for myself. I asked to use the restroom because my 2 year old grandson, who is being potty trained, asked to go. They rattled off the number so fast that I didn't understand. I said excuse me and instead of just speaking clearly, multiple folks started shooting the number...seventy, one, four. Again I didn't understand so I clarified by digit 7, 0, 1, 4. Then we went to the restroom and couldn't use it because the toilet seat was covered in old urine sprinkles and the bathroom reeked of urine. I told them that we couldn't use it because the seat was covered in urine. They didn't care at all. If I hadn't already paid for my food, I would have left. These folks need customer service training and they need to service the toilet at least every 2 hours. I asked to use the second bathroom and they told me there was only one when there was obviously two. They must keep the second bathroom clean only for their use. Use another Taco Bell location. These folks don't appreciate their customers and we have many choices.

It is a great lexecutive?
We ordered the #7 at this location and I asked him can I have the Dragon fruit freezy Instead of the soft drink so he charged me an extra $1.10 to do so. The problem I had with that, he didn't feel it up. I asked him nicely can he please add a little more Dragon fruit freezy to it and he told me no. So I good. He had a terrible attitude?????. I will not go back to that location ?. I paid all together $14.01 and wasn't satisfied.
