I went to Taco Bell before I went to the movies put something on my stomach the place was dirty what no tables I had to ask her Taco Bell employee to come wipe off the tables for me and my auntie have a place to sit down cuz there were no clean tables food all over the floor kids playing in there not very good place

Ur employees overcharged me. I come to get my refund with the food in hand untouched.I then purchased these new avocado salsas because I did like them and wanted to have at home Lady who refunded and walked away to the back instead of giving me my packets. Meanwhile the girl in the drive thru and the food line lady is just laughing giggling talking obnoxiously loud in Spanish but had me wait like 6 minutes. I erupted! I didn't even show anger at the fact that when I called regarding the overcharge nobody answered the phone. THIS PLACE HAS RUDE SERVICE . ALSO PLEASE POST UR LOBBY HOURS SO CUSTOMERS ARE AWARE

I think credit needs to be given when it’s due. Cashier was super nice and greeted me from the moment I opened the door. The food worker she was so nice and gave me my food and smiled. Might be Taco Bell but still giving better service than some high end restaurants.

The girl tonight in drive through tonight has the worst customer service ever. She kept interrupting me while I was ordering and told me that I told her I wanted meat on my VEGETARIAN order. No Miss, I did not tell you I wanted meat. Haven't eaten it in 15 years . Thank you.
