The place has advertised its product but I never saw the price and I had the experience that because they see it at a higher price what they have on promotion they give it to you at double the last owner they gave me a special from 5 dollars to 13 disastrous dollars and the employees are abusive, you get there and you have to guess, but hey, those must be the company's policies that are convenient for the employees, the taste of the food is terrible, THERE ARE HISPANIC PEOPLE WHO SPEAK SPANISH AMONG THEM, THEY DON'T EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT THEY ASKED THEM, THEY TOLD ME WHAT GAVE THEM THEIR...... WANT TO GIVE ME WHAT ABUSE I WILL NEVER COME BACK

Vegetarian options: Sometimes the app says uh oh when I try to checkout and I hate when that happens
I ordered in the drive through and they obviously gave me an Uber order that wa sitting there for way too long. That's not a good look serving people cold food. Have some dignity in the work that you do. But then should I expect anything more from a taco bell, they don't truly care about customer satisfaction anyway. That why the store has 3.7 stars in which id I would have known I would not have ordered from there. No worries you don't have to worry about getting my business anymore. Just sad!

Literally waited from 530 pm to 630 pm on my food and I ordered one luxe craving box idk why they are so slow but this is ridiculous lmao like idk I am trying to be understanding but God damn that's a long wait for a cravings box 😂😂 they just need to be quicker

Terrible manager on duty. People employed there don't have no sense of urgency. They had customers in the lobby waiting over 20 minutes. Max, got all of our orders wrong continuously and we're just tending to drive-thru customers. I ordered a dorito taco and a regular size nacho fries and I did not get my order right.
