Imagine having dirty green hair and braces as an adult and having THAT kind of an attitude with customers LOL worst Taco Bell in LA, have never had a positive customer service experience here. Over Taco Bell and their inability to hire competent people 👍

Closed, couldn’t leave drivethru because they’re helping their buddy get food. Affected my work today. This place is always slow, no greetings to let you know they’ll be with you at some point.. idk. Lack of common courtesy, but other Taco Bells rock. Just go somewhere else 👍

I walk in and I’m waiting there 2 minutes . I proceed to let them know I only need a drink. They proceeded to ignore me. 10 minutes just to charge me for a fountain drink is insane. I had to go to work and missed my bus had they had enough people. No one was at the register. They was two cooks and one drive through. Like where is the cashier this is insane. Taco Bell your saving a lot but making all costumers waste there time by allowing this kind of understaffing. This is why they say they are hiring but really don’t hire. Who’s fault is this?

The lady at the register was extremely helpful and nice. She explained everything perfectly. I went back to let them know the food I got was cold. I have not gotten breakfast here before and the lady letting me know that the bacon they use is cold was very helpful. What I didn’t like is the guy in the kitchen was staring me down angry the entire time making everything awkward and uncomfortable. I did not go in angry demanding and I was very understanding on how things are made when the lady explained it to me. So there was no reason for hostility from anyone els said in the back.

Orders are wrong almost half the time .
No one answers the phone .
If you use drive thru and realize your order is wrong once you get home , good luck getting your money back .

No access bathrooms or dining area. Same with most the Ca fast food after minimum wage hike. Shoulda went to Applebees or BJ's. Woulda been cheaper.
