This location is really bad when giving you your correct order. They've done this several times before. They got better but now I have to inconveniently go back to get my refund. I tried calling the place but no answer and after 10 attempts I just decided to write this review. I have to now double check my order at the window every time I come here. At first I thought, human error but, it just keeps happening at this location. ? I only gave it one star because it wouldn't allow me to post without it.
Hard to even give it 3 stars honestly. Food was normal but the service was GARBAGE! I understand being tight about annoying customers, I work in the service industry as well, but for Gods sake, don’t take it out on EVERYONE in your path YOCELYN. At least fake it for customers who did nothing wrong. Just absolute rude and stank for no reason. Not my fault you work there!

I ordered 2 chalupa supremes with no tomatoes at the drive through. Both had tomatoes, one was cold and stale, the other was moderately warm. The dude at the window 100% sounded like SpongeBob. 10/10 experience, no regrets.

I've been to many taco bell's in my life, and this one wins for the worst! Yes, these are the same taco supremes I ate decades but more expensive and terrible quality (broken, soggy hard shells etc.) Whoever owns this Pico & Bundy franchise should be ashamed, they are single-handily ruining the brand. Never again, waste of $40.

The order is taken correctly (really nice person taking the orders at the drive thru!) but the workers making the food don’t follow the instructions…we unfortunately can’t come here anymore due to the amount of times they leave cheese on when we request it off. Do not come here if you have any food allergies, you can’t trust it :(Dietary restrictions: DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS FOR FOOD ALLERGIES!!

That was my very first-time eating breakfast at the Taco Bell restaurant location on West Pico Blvd. in West Los Angeles. In fact, I've just off at Expo/Bundy E Line Station going south.
By far the best Taco Bell experience out of all the Taco Bell experiences I have ever had in my life. I went through the drive thru and Andy was a sweetheart. Andy made sure we got all we needed. Love this dude!! He's the greatest :-)

If I had the ability to caption this, I would caption it WTF! I haven't posted a review or been on Yelp in a long time. I actually reinstalled the app just so I could post this negative review. The Grilled Cheese Spicy Nacho Fries was what I ordered from here. I was excited to try it because I was craving some classic junk food. I just had no idea my junk food would be literal trash. Please explain why I paid $8 for something that was only an inch deep and the length of my hand (I don't have big hands). It had barely anything on it and it was cold and tasted weird. I'm not sure what it was about it but the taste was off. It's important to keep in mind it was Doordashed at like 12 a.m so I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I mean be so for reaI! I paid all the extra fees just for it to be literally trash. I mean it wasn't the most horrible tasting food but man was it disappointing. But I will say that the nacho fries I got were really good which is why it's 2 stars not 1.

I dont eat here often, but when i do, I always have a pleasant experience. I got a taco supreme and Mexican Pizza was delicious. Food was good. People are cool there. They let you have refill on drinks. What more could i ask for.

Worst Taco Bell! Hair currently in food. The hair was long and mine is very short. The entire food bag smelled like air fresher. The products inside smelled like air refresher. I had to wash my hands a few times just to get that smell off. This was a 0-10 experience. If this happens again I'm taking my business elsewhere
