Can you explain to me why I was charged an extra 1.25 each taco to have sour cream and tomatoes just to not have any tacis bell?

App says 5$ luxe box -false advertising because ordering in app, kiosk, at counter its 5.99. I customize things & add red sauce. my burrito was lukewarm with just a spot of red sauce. Employees were nice when I asked them to replace it with a hot burrito.

I was told to wait before pulling up to the drive thru window. I stayed put for about 5 minutes before finally pulling up to the window, without further communication from the worker. Wasted my time for no reason.

Julio is so damn smart that he doesn't have to do a damn thing. He just loves his job so much as a manager at Taco Bell that he'll clean up after you if you just spill stuff on the floor. Just let him know while you're doing it that he doesn't have to clean it up! That'll make him happier about cleaning it up. Guarantee it

Extremely rude drive thru workers for night end shift female worker had an attitude because she couldn’t communicate with me in English then told the rest of her staff to ignore me I was not rude at all and was waiting at the drive thru trying to get hot sauce after she basically tossed my order at me she closed and locked the window while I was patiently waiting for someone to assist me poor work ethic and poor mind set do better Taco Bell
Great deals love the food Love the prices Love the environment and love the staff they are all friendly and extremely helpful however when you are ordering you will be ordering from a kiosk not directly from a person so that can be quite difficult sometimes but outside of that it is an amazing place

'Avoid' this Taco Bell location at all costs! Take your business elsewhere to another location for your own well-being, peace of mind & best interest.. Try very hard not to communicate with the 'so-called' manager who wears 2 inch eyelashes and much 'too heavy-wearing' makeup who is, by-the-way, just all out 'nasty' & 'rude' to customers and will make you feel so uninspired and very disappointed that you chose this location to relax a little and enjoy a meal! I didn't even have a chance.. Never again!
P.S. (Msg to owner) If you care about your business at all, replace her with someone who's more engaging and inspiring to customers, at the very least, and someone with customer service skills.
