If you’re not homeless, I wouldn’t recommend going there because they give free drinks to homeless people. If your car window is open, the homeless throw the free drinks they get at you and inside your car. Thanks to the homeless woman running away from me, otherwise I’d probably be in jail right now.

There are two bathrooms an employee bathroom and one for the customers. An employee was using one of them and they refused to let me use the empty one. The restaurant was empty and the information was communicated the employee female with glasses just decided she wanted to make me wait for the one the employee was using. It would have been a better notion if they just said no and I would have carried on.

Can you explain to me why I was charged an extra 1.25 each taco to have sour cream and tomatoes just to not have any tacis bell?
App says 5$ luxe box -false advertising because ordering in app, kiosk, at counter its 5.99. I customize things & add red sauce. my burrito was lukewarm with just a spot of red sauce. Employees were nice when I asked them to replace it with a hot burrito.

I was told to wait before pulling up to the drive thru window. I stayed put for about 5 minutes before finally pulling up to the window, without further communication from the worker. Wasted my time for no reason.

Julio is so damn smart that he doesn't have to do a damn thing. He just loves his job so much as a manager at Taco Bell that he'll clean up after you if you just spill stuff on the floor. Just let him know while you're doing it that he doesn't have to clean it up! That'll make him happier about cleaning it up. Guarantee it
