I was racially profiled by the cashier and the lead staff. If a company has a policy it should be enforced across the board not at the employees discretion. The cashier handed five order to customers without any information, but at my turn she verified that my order was there and insisted on see my order on the app. It is really sad to see other minority practice these same prejudicial practices.

ALWAYS Double check your order , every time I order something they swap it to other customers, and sometimes my order is incomplete.
This is my go to taco bell. They often don't have my order despite ordering ahead. Which kind of defeats the purpose. But last time I ordered not only did they not give me the signature ranch dipping sauce, which the app makes you select. But one of the nuggets was an inedible brick, that was way over fried. Do better!
