I normally come here late night like 1-2 am. There's normally a pretty long line but I the wait isn't tht bad at all. The people who work there are always really nice.

I never experienced this and I know I can't cuss but having hair in your food is beyond disgusting 🤢. I know my hair and it wasn't mine as the hair was stuck to the taco. I called no answer. I will like my refund people!

Very bad customer service from the employee Alexa she was super duper rude and she lied when I asked to speak to her manager she said that I needed to come back tomorrow to get a refund I asked for corporate number and she walked away than another girl came back and asked what was wrong I told her that I wanted my money back due to bad service

This place doesn't know how to make a double decker taco! The second time I've ordered it and they give me this nasty nacho cheese instead of beans... this is the easiest item to make and only comes once and a while. Sooooo unbelievably disappointed

i really like taco bell the 7 dollar box is amazing the service is subpar thought, the curly haired blasian has amazing customer service. but the short mexican girl is somewhat rude, and dismissive she needs to learn customer service skills.
