I placed a mobile order and the tracker messed up. It placed it at another store 2 miles away and ofc I couldn’t cancel it. I told the manger here and she said there’s nothing she could do. To just cancel it but clearly I could not. I wasted 10$ on food I couldnt get…Super disrespectful aswell.

I don’t expect greatness from Taco Bell but my burrito was cold and I’ve never experienced that before. At first I thought it was just the sour cream but it was still cold a few bites in. I went through the drive thru and by the time I bit into it I was long gone and didn’t want to go back. But now I feel nauseous. Please do better for your future customers.
Edit: well the burrito made its grand exit. I feel terrible. Thanks.
Horrible service , second time they gave me meat when i specifically ask for only beans and second time he had smirk . I knew I had to open it to make sure . Came to find out it had meat again . Evil crew in there
