I understand why there were so many negative reviews for this location. Employees here do not understand the meaning of customer service. It took them 2 minutes to acknowledge me and give me my order that was sitting on the shelf to be picked up. 3 of them looked at me and just continued to chat amongst each other. This was my 1st time here and it will certainly be the last time here. Anyone wanting to eat at Toco Bell should avoid this place at all cost

Tell me why I had chicken in my chicken taco. I am literally so mad They said that the taco is supposed to have chicken. Like what 🙄 They said they could remake it so that was a plus but I walked into the bathroom and people were in there 😡 I don’t understand people. Then when I left they said “have a great day”! What if I don’t want to have a great day. They shouldn’t assume things. Overall don’t go!!!!!!

I don’t normally post reviews but this place messed up my order a lot. I went through the drive through which was good, it was fast and I had no problem ordering, it’s what I received that they messed up on. I ordered 3 regular Doritos locos tacos with a Baja blast and nacho fries. I got a crunchy supreme taco, 3 Doritos locos tacos, and a few soft tacos. I honestly only really eat Taco Bell for the nacho fries so not getting what I payed for was a huge bummer. I admit I should’ve checked the bag in the drive thru before going home but with such a simple order I didn’t see how they could mess up. Yes I got more food than I ordered but the soft tacos at Taco Bell aren’t my style so they ended up going to waste and I can’t eat sour cream which means in the end I ended up losing money. Nonetheless I tried to eat at least some of the tacos I ordered and those were the saltiest Doritos locos tacos I’ve ever had. It was to the point of it being inedible. I’m not sure if this was a one off issue with them but I’m definitely not eating Taco Bell again in the foreseeable future
