Awesome local Mexican food. The California burrito (with chicken and cheese) is my go-to item here and it never disappoints. The prices have gone up, but I guess that’s the case everywhere.
A humble taco place with excellent menudo. It is hard to find workmanly, homestyle menudo on the Westside LA. Taco Plus has always been my favorite spot for this traditional ox stomach soup West of the 405. The flavors are on point and the large, soft tripas portions are perfectly juicy and tender. Simply delicious.
