I didn't visit the restaurant, we had take out instead. Portion sizes are criminally small. I can understand not going heavy on protein portions but to skimp on everything else seems a bit deceptive, compared to the photos of the food online.
Delivery charges aside, I got two burritos and a "quesadilla" that came out to $35. The quesadilla is really more of a taco with a scant amount of cheese and some guacamole, hardly worth the $5.15. The burrito had a soft, wet, almost elastic kind of tortilla that was reminiscent of what they'd use at Taco Bell or Del Taco. The flavors of the actual ingredients are pretty good but the wet/dry ratio of the burrito is way off and could benefit from more rice or a better quality tortilla. Both items do not come with any kind of toppings, limon or sauces you'd usually see at your local taco truck.
I wish I had taken pictures because when we finished eating, I just thought "that did not feel like a $35 meal" and it definitely didn't look like it. Judging from the other reviews, it sounds like corporate is making moves to pinch pennies and the loss in quality is being passed off to the customer.

The food is good. But I think it was the smallest burrito I've ever had in my life. If I wanted to spend $30 on dinner, I would have gone to El Coyote.

Today, Sunday, November 3, I entered the restaurant at 03:00 in the afternoon and asked the cashier if my order was ready. The girl said she wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes in the restaurant and asked again if my order was ready. He said he wasn't ready. Actually, my order was ready and my package was lying on the side in an open area. However, at that time, the cashier girl kept me waiting for 15 minutes, saying that my order was not ready. It was an important period because I had work. I love the restaurant. It's clean and I eat tacos there all the time. I also ask the working girl to be a little smiling, take responsibility and do her job well. Because he had a very cold attitude.

Food is always delicious but the portions have started to go down hill. The prices are going up which is ok but now the portions are going down.look at my sad al pastor taco
My 2nd time getting tacos from here, I LOVE that they have salsa options, they have fresh made tortillas, and love that they put a good amount of guacamole. The mushroom tacos were my fave!! The meat taste authentic. CONS was mainly the service- "Vicky" the cashier DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT i had to get it myself . Homegirl just left to to the back to eat. I also read a review about UNSANITARY comments and boy did I also see it myself. My tortillas were just laying there where they had placed the dirty rags. Very disappointed!!! They were sitting there for more than 5 minutes and the guy who prepped my burrito didn't bother to put a foil or anything underneath it before rolling it in the station . Lastly , not even king taco charges extra for rice on a burrito. At $13 bucks it's overpriced.

The food didn't really have flavor, and the drinks didn't really taste right, but I wouldn't recommend lunch or dinner, but as a last option if you need it

Tacos were a good size and flavorful. Got the chips and a small guacamole. The chips are whole tortillas toasted over the grill not fried which I liked, they also gave a decent amount of guacamole for the small size.
