This is for the truck in Santa Ana. I got 3 tacos, each for $2.51. They take credit card without an additional fee.
Overall decent portion of meat Tripas crispy - had a little bit of that offal taste. I wasn’t really that much of a fan but it was still decent. I would not order it next time though.
Lengua - had a firm bite. Overall ok.
Cabeza - very soft and flavorful. Good fat distribution throughout. Maybe 1/3 fat, but not in hard to chew chunks. This might be the best cabeza I’ve had in a little while due to the texture and flavor. I’ll definitely get this next time. Maybe in burrito form.
There is a small table for maybe up to 6 people to sit at.

One star because the sauces were decomposed and the chopped onion also smelled bad. My order was to go and when I got home I realized the tacos are tasty but be careful with your sauces and the cilantro and chopped onion due to carelessness can send many people to the hospital!!!

I got here by chance on a Saturday night, the parking lot was full and the line was long, so I assumed it was good. I am not lying when I tell you that these are probably the BEST TACOS I’ve ever had in my life. If you want to have the real street food experience in LA, this is absolutely it. Its opened every day from 1PM to 2AM. • Llegué aquí por casualidad un sábado por la noche, el parqueadero estaba lleno y la fila era larga, así que asumí que era bueno. No estoy mintiendo cuando te digo que estos son probablemente los MEJORES TACOS que he probado en mi vida. Si quieres tener la verdadera experiencia de comida callejera en Los Ángeles, esto es. Está abierto todos los días de 1PM a 2AM.
