Overall decent portion of meat Tripas crispy - had a little bit of that offal taste. I wasn’t really that much of a fan but it was still decent. I would not order it next time though.
Lengua - had a firm bite. Overall ok.
Cabeza - very soft and flavorful. Good fat distribution throughout. Maybe 1/3 fat, but not in hard to chew chunks. This might be the best cabeza I’ve had in a little while due to the texture and flavor. I’ll definitely get this next time. Maybe in burrito form.

The best Al pastor tacos and the salsa is soooo good!
One star because the sauces were decomposed and the chopped onion also smelled bad. My order was to go and when I got home I realized the tacos are tasty but be careful with your sauces and the cilantro and chopped onion due to carelessness can send many people to the hospital!!!
