Overall decent portion of meat
Tripas crispy - had a little bit of that offal taste. I wasn’t really that much of a fan but it was still decent. I would not order it next time though.
Lengua - had a firm bite. Overall ok.
Cabeza - very soft and flavorful. Good fat distribution throughout. Maybe 1/3...

I got here by chance on a Saturday night, the parking lot was full and the line was long, so I assumed it was good. I am not lying when I tell you that these are probably the BEST TACOS I’ve ever had in my life. If you want to have the real street food experience in LA, this is absolutely it.
