Our family prefers cheviche, al pastor tacos way, pollo street tacos. There are 3 screens that play different sport games, with the best music you could listen to while enjoying your meal.

I started coming here years ago, even before Covid and the battered fried tacos Baja‘s way with the red sauce and the white ranch sauce absolutely delicious so first a few months ago I noticed that they changed the shrimp to a cheaper shrimp, and I mentioned it to the worker Kevin and he was very nasty with me a few months ago today I came to get the same thing and when I leave, I noticed it had no ranch sauce on it so I asked him why you don’t have the sauce that’s what makes it “Baja‘s way and he said we don’t have ranch and I said well can I have a refund and he said no you’ll have to come back at 4 o’clock. I don’t know how to process refunds And then he started yelling at me. I have it on video that he was very nasty and rude with me and said all I do is complain and I said I’m complaining because I noticed you’re not living up to your standard. How are you gonna offer a taco with a special sauce but the special sauce is missing I think I have a right to ask for a refund. So Kevin at tacos way on Sunset Boulevard on two different occasions has been very rude and abusive to me. I will never return. I will never ever return.

I come here often and I absolutely love the place!

But I have to give such a low review because the management/owners decided to put up an automated ordering station where the cashier would normally take your order. On top of that, they also got rid of the book menu. So now, when people don’t know what to order, they will hold up the entire line just browsing the sceen. I literally almost walked out when I saw this.

This review would have been one star had it not been for one of the employees going out of their way to take my order on a handheld while the couple in front of me kept browsing the menu screen. The team here is awesome and always friendly! It was just me and the couple, so thankfully I did not have to wait long.

Is the cost of maintaining this device really worth taking away the human aspect of a beloved neighborhood cantina? If I wanted to be greeted by a screen, I would have just gone to McDonalds.

Feeling very torn about this one; I want to continue coming for the food, employees, and atmosphere, but I refuse to endorse management’s short-sighted decision.

As I was walking past I saw two separate people chowing down so I turned around and went in and wow! the tacos did not disappoint! they had so much flavor! I took some churros to go and they were good too! I have to come back!

Pizza next door is also good

Kinda Hollywood but still so Hood. 4 dollar draft and 2 bucks for street tacos. ¡Sì! y I'll definitely be back.

Their michiladas are amazing- Mondays they’re 2 for 1!! ?
