They have a stand right now in Clearwater in Bayside Apartments, we got 2 tamales rojo pork and the pistachio tresleches and it was soooooo good! The cake was so moist and the tamales were hot with cojita and crema, salsa 10/10 for us 😋😋😋

I saw a picture of the pistachio tres leches cake on the Safety Harbor Strong fb group and immediately booked a flight home to see my mother who *just so happens* to live in the Harbor, (coincidence?).
Today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of El Jefe’s and outside the having THE BEST CAKE I’ve ever tasted in my life, he is an absolute gem of a human being. There is no better feeling than supporting a local who is following his dreams while receiving something so incredibly delicious and unique in exchange.
You sir, deserve all of the success that is inevitably headed your way. This is a no brainer, 10/10, MUST TRY!!!!!

I guess pandemic closed his restaurant, but he is selling across the light of Adams on central parking at church's chicken amaze-balls delicious worth the drive for me I Google steet vendors tamales his are fresh nice size not dry please someone tell him in Spanish they are delicious I bought a dozen after I stood and tried one pork bomb chicken thumbs up ? ?
