Excellent Tamales. We ordered 9 dz, including the Snow Crab and Nica special orders. Everyone was enthused with the flavors. The beans, rice and 2 salsas complimented well. All of my previous take out orders were equally delicious. Many of our guests are tamale fans. TAMARA WAS OUTSTANDING...
We needed a quick light bite to tide us over 'til a dinner later, and we happened to be across the street from Tamara's. It's the dictionary definition of a hole in the wall. It the tamales are serious business. We got a mole chicken and one other. Both were wonderful. The woman at the counter was friendly. They had copies of Hollywood Reporter and other mags to read while you eat (especially helpful if your companion has a smartphone and you left yours n the car.
