Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at Tams Burger #24 today. Walking into this restaurant you immediately notice that it is dirty and poorly kept and probably the first indication about the service I would soon receive. As I approached the counter, I could not hear the cashier over the loud TV hung just above your head.
