Tams #15 is a mixed bag while I will say the food and service were perfect really friendly staff and the food tasted great the building unfortunately very run down a lot of food on the ground and tables and the bathroom was very very dirty and tatted from head to toe if you're just going for food and leaving its perfect but the dine in could use work.

Love the food, but when there's an older lady there, she always gets my order wrong despite me asking her if it's what I ordered. Always at breakfast time, she was there on May 21, 2025, around 8 - 9 am I mean, you still get your money. I still eat the food and give my kids the pancakes or French toast that I didn't ask for, so they're happy, but you wouldn't have gotten a review like this and I would have enjoyed my hash brown 🤷♀️

Old bread and overcooked patty fries were unseasoned and not their normal taste. This might be a Tams but not their quality.

Make sure who you hired ...i Was waiting on the speaker for 8 mins thru the drive way and never got attended And when I pulled up ...I just see 2 woman talking ? ...I've never had problems before till now ...I had to go buy food somewhere else
Came through drive-through ask for a BLT cut like a club sandwich french fries and an orange bang with easy ice. No smile sandwich was cut in half. If anything if you ask and paying your money why can’t you get something simple. It was $16 and some change

Order through GrubHub And it was horrible The fries and burger was soggy I never understand why they give you hot food in a plastic bag Duh it sweats The paper bag inside instantly ripped when taking it out. Smh Now I don't have a placemat ? The food was horrible The distance to address delivered is less than 1 mile. They took over 30 mins
I usually order with UberEATS Never really had a problem Food is tasty.
I doubt the quality and time had anything to do with delivery service
