I want to write a complaint that I was in this restaurant today and the service was terrible, they ruined the whole evening. The waitress who served us was very rude to my mother, who had her birthday today. We were looking forward to this evening with pleasure and booked a special table. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance 9pm party of four! I got to Tao at 8:50pm but we got seated 10pm! I was celebrating my 50 years birthday day and my wife was not happy!
The bill for the food $335 tip $65 drinks at the bar $120 + tip $20 and valet $20 + tip $5 total spending $565
It's was my friend and I both 50 years old birthday celebration with our wife's whom again where no happy with the wait time.
