From the valet parking to the food being left on the table for so long, leaving guests unattended, my birthday experience was a disappointment. The music was horrible and inappropriate, and did not go along with the food. The table was dirty and sticky.

I visited Tao again after about four years, and unfortunately, it's no longer the same iconic place it once was. There was no doorman to greet guests at the entrance, and the ambiance has lost the prestige and luxury that used to make it feel so special. The food has become fairly standard Asian-fusion — nothing memorable like before. I truly miss the old Tao

Beautiful restaurant and food was good. only thing I was unhappy with was I told them it was my nephews birthday and he was not recognized. made me sad cause other people were being celebrated by restaurant for bday.

Tao has been my favorite restaurant for years. Always loved the service, experience and food. Unfortunately this time around it was very underwhelming. The waiter had no enthusiasm and was there to just take an order. I came to celebrate a special birthday, which wasn't even recognized. Very disappointed especially based off of past experiences at this location, nyc and vegas. Food and ambience was amazing per usual. Hoping things get back to how it used to be.

We arrived on time, but we waited for our table for over half an hour, and when we got it, it wasn't suitable for the size of the group. We booked a table for ten people, and we got a table that wasn't suitable for 10 people, and it was crowded. Other than that, there was a great atmosphere, very tasty food, and a fair price.

I love how upon entering you're seated in the lounge area where you can begin ordering until your table is ready. The dining room is full of beautiful decor and cultural statues. The food is exquisite, they have a great menu selection and all dishes were cooked to perfection.

This is a BEAUTIFUL restaurant! I love the set up though its dark inside it was really nice. I'm curious to know if I can select my own seating because I would love to sit in one of the booths on the stairs next time. The drinks were good I had a strawberry margarita. Crab fried rice was delicious. The salmon was good. I wasn't a big fan of the Filet at all. I was actually disappointed in the taste. But that's just my opinion someone else may love it. I will still come back.......

Spent my bday at Tao last night with 8 of my friends and they were so accommodating and kind, one of my friends came super late and last minute and they brought her a chair and made room at my table for her, they were really sweet about it. Truly appreciated their service and would come back for any occasion!

I adore Tao for its ambience. It's one of the most beautiful restaurants for a romantic date. We spent time with my husband just discussing the details of the decor, noticing how much love and attention was put into creating this beautiful place. The food. For the price I don't think it's great. It's ok. It's nice and fresh but definitely overpriced. I'm ok with that cause I'm ready for that and I'm there to enjoy the ambience. Although I have favorite things there: miso code, chicken gyoza, lychee martini. Overall, beautiful restaurant that is great for a special occasion.

This was a great choice for my fiancé's birthday. The food was delicious. They host and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. My only issue is that I'm allergic to shellfish and many dishes use lobster or shellfish juices. But overall we had an amazing night.
