This is my second visit to Tao Los Angeles and it did not disappoint - the food was so delicious and I appreciated the special message that arrived with our dessert - a fantastic experience to catch up with friends.

Went to Tao a little earlier than usual for dinner but it was a good time. At 6pm there was little noise; allowed for conversation but still able to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. The service was good and so was the food...The seabass is must ! 🔥

Somewhat of a disappointment for my birthday, especially since we dropped over $600! We ordered lamb lollipop appetizers medium and we made it clear that rare (red) and medium rare (pink) were non starters. All six came back rare! Also Brussels were a soggy mushy mess, not crispy. Didn't finish them. Lobster wontons and chicken satay were excellent. Orange chicken was flavorful but a little over cooked and not crispy. Cooks failed to get the memo that Duck fried rice was...
