Love their avocado toast here which they top with delicious seasonings and micro greens- which I also like to add an over medium egg or fried egg to. They also have equally delicious pasty options which are worth a try!
I used to live in San Francisco and would frequent Tartine on the regular. When I started working a few doors down I was so excited to learn there was a Tartine here. It felt like I was in the right place in life hahah. I love stopping in to grab a chai latte and almond croissant or the occasional lemon tart. But honestly haven’t had something from here that I didn’t like. Great atmosphere if you are looking for a coffee date or somewhere to knock out some remote work.
STICK TO THE PASTRIES + BREAD!! This is the least overwhelming location I’ve been to but also the worst. Service was lackluster and the food compared to its price point was criminal. You could taste the burnt espresso in the latte, while it’s like $1.50 extra for oat milk?! I had to clean my own table and retrieve my own drinks from the counter because the staff was just chatting in the corner.
