So delicious! Was hard to find a noodle place with fish in the area but this place for the bill and was amazing! I love wood ear mushrooms and they're hard to find where I live so I got the black fungus in hot mustard and its me new favorite! As a pescatarian,I'll drive from Hollywood to eat here. Friends enjoyed their meat dishes as well!

Most main dishes did not have sufficient protein . The meat, chicken, or pork were deep fried mixed in heavy MSG sauce , therefore unable to tell what type of meat I was eating. The steam fish Dumpling appetizer had a thick flour dough wrap, it contained less than half a tea spoon's size of chopped up fish meat inside... The whole experience was a sham, will never go back again. I spent $60 for lunch... ended up throwing most of the food down the drain.

Food: This is a good Chinese food restaurant with good use of Chinese ingredients/spices. I had the lunch special chicken Kung Pao Delight and Beef house fried rice. The chicken was spicy and not overly so and the fried rice was well crisped and meaty. The lunch special deal is really well priced for being on Sawtelle.
Service: Good service and my water glass was kept full. Dishes came out at the same time and staff was friendly.
Ambiance: Good location and the restaurant has well placed seating and flow in and out of the dining area. There is an outdoor patio section with space heaters.

My family, friends, and I have consistently enjoyed our many wonderful dining experiences at Tasty Noodle House in the west Los Angeles Sawtelle neighborhood (2117 Sawtelle Blvd Los Angeles 90025). The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff very friendly and helpful. It’s great to dine on authentic Shanghai style dishes on the west side of LA! Looking forward to our next visit!

I had a wonderful dine-in experience today! I ordered the string beans, pickled vegetable fried rice, and pork buns—all of the dishes were authentic, tasty, and full of flavor. The pork buns were especially satisfying—soft, juicy, and well-seasoned. Service was exceptional: fast, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The restaurant was also very clean and well-kept, which added to the overall great impression. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends!

I placed a to-go order from Tasty Noodle House and was super impressed! The food was ready quickly and still piping hot when I picked it up. The portion sizes were generous and well worth the price — great value all around.
Everything tasted amazing! The eggplant with mushrooms was rich and flavorful, and the beef with broccoli had perfectly tender meat and crisp veggies. You can tell they use quality ingredients and cook with care.
The staff, especially the waitresses, were so friendly and efficient — they had everything packed up neatly and even double-checked the order with a smile. Such a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
I will never come back here again very horrible service horrible girls who are very rude I didn't like them they have disgusting food!!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Wait time for the order was over 45 minutes after the estimated pick up time. The servers did not answer questions regarding the order and ignored many customers wanting to know if their order was ready. When the food was finally ready it was not what we ordered. Really disappointing experience from the beginning to end.
