Small ramen shop on Sawtelle, but major upside is adjacent to a parking lot with the crazy parking situation at Sawtelle. All ordering via the Toast kiosk regardless if takeout or dine in. Nice all dente noodles, liked the tonkotsu broth which had a bit of sweetness.
I had an incredible experience at Tatsu! Gilly was an amazing chef, clearly talented and passionate about his craft. I ordered The Bold Ramen and was absolutely blown away. I wish I had taken a photo, but I went straight to eating and trust me, the presentation was stunning and the flavors were even better. Every bite was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. someone recommended this place to me and the fam and it was awesome food! the old skool ramen with pork was actually amazing and a great serving size! atmosphere was great and the service was super friendly. 10/10 recommend :P
