Some workers are too rude to be doing customer service. I ordered a sandwich from the shop and immediately I can tell the cashier got annoyed. The entire time he's making it I see him giving me dirty looks from across the store. If that wasn't bad enough the ham in my sandwich was tangy and slimy, like it wasn't refrigerated. Wouldn't recommend this place when there's better tea and coffee up the stairs and across the street.

A nice place to sit and grab a coffee or a tea. I personally got a sugar free vanilla latte with Oatmilk. Tastes great. Also impressed with their extensive tea collection. You can get boba here too.Great WiFi as well if you want to sit and do work.

The coffee is always strong and has the right amount of flavor. It's never over crowded, so the staff have more energy and efficiency left in the tank to produce a good coffee and correct order.

Randomly stopped in here for a quick snack to kill some time and it was surprisingly delicious. I had a mango smoothie and a grilled cheese. It was really good. I highly recommend this small hole in the wall shop.

Probably the worst lavender drink I've had. The lavender tea latte tasted like lavender water. Just awful. I added sugar and honey to make it a bit better. Wasted $5.90.

I ordered an iced tea from here, one of the barista suggested drinks and it was just okay. I have had better. The one star is for the horrible customer service. The heavy set red head who was more interested in talking to her coworker than providing decent customer service. She wasn't friendly at all and I didn't appreciate her dropping the fbomb loudly multiple times during her conversation with said coworker so I left. Just so unprofessional.

Went to the TCL Chinese theater and parked at this garage. Needed some caffeine so stopped by this place. Should have looked at the review first. I asked the cashier what the difference was between a latte and cafe au lait. She said it's the same thing. I knew there was a difference but I just couldn't remember what. Now that I'm looking it up, it says cafe au lait doesn't have foam ever a latte does. I ended up getting a latte and it just wasn't good. It was bland and flavorless.
