Terrible company policy.!!! My wife and I (just 2 people) ate at the Palo Alto location yesterday and was charged a mandatory 20 % Gratuity! This is the first time we have encountered this. First of all, a gratuity is optional. Secondly 20 % for 2 people. Thirdly, there was even no option for 15% or 18%. This ruined our dining experience. Food was great and the service was greatbut this was a bummer!
